The Halcyon Residences & Marina Debuts in Naples

Henley US, the Florida arm of Henley Investments, and Naples-based Gillette Development have announced The Halcyon Residences & Marina, an upcoming nine-acre luxury waterfront community in Naples. With full entitlement secured, sales will begin in January 2026 through an immersive on-site gallery. Construction is expected to start in 2027, with completion planned for late 2029.

Located minutes from Fifth Avenue South and Naples’ beaches, Halcyon will offer 66 estate-style residences priced from $2.995 million to $7 million.
