Sales at The Halcyon Residences & Marina to launch in January

Over 60 luxury homes at The Halcyon Residences & Marina in Naples will hit the market in January.

The new development brokerage team at Dawn McKenna Group, led by Christine Lutz, will lead sales at the waterfront development, which will feature 66 homes priced between $2.995 million and $7 million. Developers Henley US and Gillette Development plan to break ground on the waterfront project in 2027, with completion expected by late 2029.

Residences at The Halcyon will feature water views, outdoor kitchens, private terraces and laundry rooms. Residents will have access to an infinity pool, speakeasy, fitness center, indoor climbing wall and 120-slip private marina.

“The Halcyon Residences & Marina enters Naples at a defining moment, as the city evolves into a destination for a new generation of residents seeking connection and design with purpose,” Henley CEO Ian Rickwood said in a press release.
